Elizabeth Elfenbein Season 3 Episode 20

Today we are getting under the hood with Dr. Stacy Feiner, mother, daughter, friend, psychologist, change agent, and champion for family-owned and women-owned businesses in all stages of growth.

Stacy serves as a Psychologist-In-Residence for law firms, a Human Capital Advisor for Private Equity firms, an advisor to the Utah Athlete Eligibility Commission, and Board Director for Goodwill Industries and other mission-driven organizations. She is an author of two books, a contributor to Psychology Today Magazine, and keynote speaker.

Fascinated by people and culture, Stacy has lived in 8 US cities and traveled through 9 countries.  Stacy received the HWS Peace Prize in college, she got a standing ovation at her first poetry reading, was voted wrangler-of-the-year at a dude ranch, and published her doctoral dissertation in the International Journal of Group Psychotherapy.

All these experiences shaped her career as a business psychologist and high-performance coach. Having earned her stripes, Stacy is the real deal.

Today, Stacy is going full force preparing to release her new book, The Sixth Level: Capitalize The Power of Women’s Psychology for Sustainable Leadership. She and her Co-authors are on a mission to elevate society out of the polarizing grip of patriarchy and into the Sixth Level - a new leadership model based on women’s social psychology that, when applied collectively, delivers intrinsically rewarding business culture that yield consistently better returns.
